This license is for companies that buy, sell, import, and export goods from, to, and within the UAE.
This license is for companies that conduct light manufacturing in dedicated facilities within DMCC.
This license is for companies that provide services in the professional, legal, financial, media, technology, education, energy, and healthcare sectors.
Use the DMCC Business Setup Wizard to receive a tailored proposal and access to the online application portal.
Complete the online application, submit the required shareholder/company documents and pay the initial application fee. DMCC then conducts the name reservation, management and compliance review.
Once approved, pay the applicable registration and licence fees, sign the incorporation documents and select an appropriate office solution within DMCC.
Following completion of the registration and office requirements, DMCC issues the electronic trade licence (E-Licence), allowing the company to commence its approved business activities. The overall process typically takes around 10 working days, subject to documentation and approvals.
