Access the Masdar City e-services portal, provide the initial business information, propose a company name and make the applicable name-reservation payment. The proposed name is then reviewed and approved.
Submit the detailed company information and required supporting documents through the e-services platform. Masdar City reviews the application and prepares the relevant incorporation documents, including the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association.
Sign the incorporation documents and finalise the office/lease arrangements and applicable payments through the Masdar City Free Zone One-Stop Shop or via courier.
Once the formalities are completed, the trade licence and certificate of registration/incorporation are issued electronically through the e-services platform, enabling the company to commence its approved activities.
