Ras Al-Khaimah International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC)

RAK ICC is responsible for registering and managing different types of corporate structures, such as holding companies and foundations. RAK ICC was formed by bringing together two existing registries in Ras Al Khaimah: RAK International Companies, which was previously part of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone, and RAK Offshore, which was formerly operated by the Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority. The organisation was established under Decree No. 12 of 2015 and later updated through Decree No. 4 of 2016.
